She has spent time working in a forensic hospital, domestic violence shelter, community center and finally private practice. She works from a strengths-based approach utilizing internal family systems therapy when appropriate. She is passionate about working with individuals with eating disorders, providing gender affirming care and social justice within the context of the therapeutic environment.

She has had the opportunity to work with children to mature adults in clinical, medical and educational settings providing individual, family and group art therapy. Her style is eclectic, and her approach is primarily person-centered strength based. She uses a variety of materials and methods to engage with patients, enhance their treatment plans and advocate for their equality and success.
