A personalized training session with one of our highly skilled injury prevention specialists, specifically trained to identify and address limitations and movement patterns that may contribute to an increased risk of ACL injury. During these sessions, the injury prevention specialist will work with the athlete to develop and properly execute a personalized training program with the goal of reducing the athlete’s risk of an ACL injury. The program will focus on improving:
- Strength
- Mobility
- Alignment
- Ability to safely perform sport specific movements
These training sessions should be preceded by an Injury Prevention Evaluation, with or without 3D Motion Analysis, to provide optimal customization of the athlete’s training program. We recommend at least 1-2 sessions a week for four (4) to six (6) weeks for best results.
