The Child Health Data Lab is a key department within the Child Health Advocacy Institute. The Data Lab advocates for the use of data in improving health equity for all children.

From the policies we promote to the programs we develop, the work of our Child Health Data Lab informs everything we do at the Child Health Advocacy Institute.
Our data scientists use an evidence-based approach to identify and track trends in population health. They’re behind the scenes monitoring D.C. kids’ greatest health needs through:
