Safe Kids DC
Safe Kids DC is committed to helping children and families prevent injury and injury-related death in children and youth through educational programs and outreach activities which include:
- Car seat safety checkups
- Bike rodeos and helmet fittings
- Education sessions for children and adults
- Community health fairs
- Unintentional injury education at Children National’s Safety Center
Safe Kids DC is one of over 400 coalitions across the world that make up Safe Kids Worldwide, a global network of organizations dedicated to preventing unintentional injuries in children.
